1. Personal data we collect

When you submit the Contact enquiry form, we may collect: name (required); company (optional); need type (required — e.g. SSM incorporation, CIDB licence, accounts & workforce, enterprise workforce-compliance planning & policy advisory, or other); brief (optional); and contact details (required: phone / WeChat / email). The site serves enterprise clients. We do not collect, request, or store account passwords via this form; please do not enter passwords in the form.

2. Purpose

We use this data to respond to the enquiry you submitted and to contact you as needed for that reply — based on your submission and what is necessary to answer it.

3. Processing & storage

Submissions are received by a Cloudflare Worker on zayhwei.com (Cloudflare, Inc. as hosting/edge infrastructure) and emailed to the company’s Outlook mailbox ZAYHWEI26@outlook.com (Microsoft) so staff can read and reply. Until Cloudflare Email Sending / destination verification is complete, the site may use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to forward the same fields to that mailbox; FormSubmit may require a one-time confirmation click in the inbox before delivery works reliably. We do not use form data for marketing unrelated to answering your enquiry.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is generally kept for up to 12 months for reply and necessary follow-up, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is needed for contract negotiation, performance, or disputes, or required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Cloudflare, Microsoft (Outlook), and (if enabled) FormSubmit may process data as infrastructure/processors, which may involve cross-border transfers with reasonable safeguards where feasible.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent via the site or ZAYHWEI26@outlook.com.

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards; no method is perfectly secure. Services are for enterprises.
